Application Deadline

Applications for 2021 are now closed. Check back in 2022 for opportunities. 

Required Materials

Only complete applications will be reviewed. All applications for this scholarship must contain:

  1. Application form,

  2. At least one letter of recommendation,
    • Letter of recommendation should outline the applicant’s commitment to the profession.
    • If the individual writing your letter of recommendation wishes the letter to be confidential, please ask them to email it directly to natalie@nsh.org.

    • Please note, if your letters of recommendations are being emailed - they must be received by the closing date, June 4, 2021

  3. One page narrative on how the applicant intends to utilize the funds,

  4. CV/Resume.

How to Apply

  1. Download the scholarship form.

    • Be sure the entire scholarship form is filled out.

  2. Using the Application Portal, upload the required materials.

  3. Once all required materials are uploaded to the Application Form, click Submit.
